Let's not just be a part of history and meet the bar.Together, let's rewrite history and set the bar.

Established in 2010 as the Daniel Matthew Ecclesiastical Colleges' School of Information Technology's, with the ultimate goal to keep up with and exceed the expectations of the forever changing world of Information Technology to religious orders. Our courses are all in fashions with the IT community. We let you choose which field of IT you would like to work in. Although, our field is not solely based on certifications. What most people don't know is that with the correct certification(s) you have the opportunity to have and exceed a salary that you would have never imagined.. When someone thinks of Information Technology they tend to only think about computers. We focus on the field as a whole, which includes everything from smart phones, web design,, tablets, laptops, computers,  and much, much more. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have at soit@dmecs.org.

Let's us not just be a part of history. Together, let's Rewrite History.

Computer/IT Support and Hardware

"The foundation of Computer/IT support ultimately begins and ends with customer service. Being able to consistently diagnose and resolve any issue heavily relies on feedback from the individual who is having the issue with the software and or hardware in which the problem resides. Although, all issues cannot be resolved with a simple phone call. This division of IT is the best of both worlds. Lots of communication with the end user and being able to identify and fix hardware and software issues will definitely keep you sharp and ready to move on and conquer your next challenge."

System Administration and Networking

"While servers control what devices and applications can and cannot do within a network. Networking consist of the communication within, and outside of a network. (For example) Email is controlled by a server, but for someone to be able to email from one place to another has to ultimately go through a router on the network. Although all divisions within IT work together. The server team (which includes security) and networking team work extremely close together to make sure all communication is handled properly and is free from threats such as hackers, and viruses. While this team does not work extremely close with the end users and rely a lot on IT support for feedback. They both are heavily depended on by all companies who currently have an IT dept."

DMECS was established as a “National Sectarian Educational Program” to support and set standards for the sectarian order, particularly in service to ministry. Our central mission is to train officials and members. We offer a wide range of partnership courses—both marketable and occupational—customized to the needs of our sectarian orders, local churches, and the practical ministries they provide to their communities or those focused on saving souls.

Sixty percent of our programs are delivered directly through local religious partnerships or onsite at business locations. Another twenty-five percent are available online. Ten percent are conducted via mail, and the remaining five percent serve individuals in local, state, or federal institutions. DMECS has no college campus of its own. Instead, we aim to bring the full ecclesiastical college experience to you, wherever you are—regardless of your location or circumstances. That commitment defines our vision for the future of religious education.

We provide or have partnership of ecclesiastical programs and services for religious orders and their members or affiliates in the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Our degree offerings are limited to programs that serve the core needs of sectarian orders, in accordance with the requests of religious leaders. We do not grant secular degrees, and our staff do not receive a traditional salary; instead, they are supported through a parsonage allowance, in recognition of their service to God.
